I wanted to start building a website to share my experience with anyone who cares to learn and to help push good practices, leadership etc... Obviously everyone has their own styles and opinions so what I say may not jive with what you believe, that is okay as I am only detailing what has worked for me, not what will work for you. Hopefully you can take a little nugget of wisdom, if there be wisdom, and use it in how you approach your job, leadership style and maybe even life.
